which are our most popular prints.
In pouches we only stock medium #57, #59. All other pouches and
slings are considered a 'special order item' and will be sent directly
from the manufacturer. There are no returns or exchanges on special
order items, so please choose your pattern/color/size carefully.

Maya Wrap Baby Carriers are sewn from 100% cotton, hand loomed fabric.
Fabric 15 and 59 are similar in color. Fabric 15 is a solid blue,
woven with all threads that are the same color blue. Fabric 59 is
like a Chambray fabric, with blue threads one direction (warp),
and white threads the other direction (weft).
Fabrics 27 and 28 are woven from color grown cotton. Color grown
cotton is significantly more expensive than dyed cotton. The cotton
must be handled separately so the natural color is maintained. Products
made from color grown cotton are higher priced.
About Maya's Dyes No thread is guaranteed colorfast. Your Maya Wrap has been pre-washed
so the excess dye is rinsed out, however, we recommend that you
test your Maya Wrap before you first use it by pressing a moist
white cloth or cotton ball against it, the white cloth or cotton
ball should not turn color.
We have a certificate from our manufacturer stating that the dyes
used to make Maya Wrap Baby Carriers do not contain any copper,
nickel, lead, mercury, cadmium, cobalt, aluminum, arsenic, chromium
or any other poisonous substance.
